How Does The Employer Register Under NPS?
All employers and their employees, including government except those employing domestic workers are required by law to contribute to the scheme. In the near future, domestic workers will be included.
N.B. Employees contribute to this scheme through their Employers.
When an employer commences business he/she is required to go to the nearest NSSA Office with estimated earnings of his workers. At the office he/she will complete a P2 form and be registered according to industry he/she is in. The employer is also required to make sure that all his/her employees are registered with NSSA. Employees can also go to their nearest NSSA Office where they can get P3 forms for registration.
How Does The Employer Register Under WCIF?
All employers, except government and those employing domestic workers are required by law to contribute to the scheme.
N.B. Employees do not contribute to this scheme.

At the office he/she will complete various forms and be registered according to industry he/she is in. The minimum insurance premium the employer is required to pay will be calculated using a risk factor depending on the type of industry the company is involved in. The insurance year runs from January 1 - December 31st.
