The Zimbabwe Labour and Employment Summit is underway at the Zimbabwe International Exhibition Centre (ZIEC) in Bulawayo, bringing together Government, employers, labour, development partners and other stakeholders to discuss issues shaping the world of work.
The summit was officially opened by the Minister of Public Service, Labour and Social Welfare, Honourable Edgar Moyo, who highlighted its aim of aligning labour and employment policies with Vision 2030. He stressed the need for collaboration to promote decent work, sustainable employment, productivity and inclusive growth.
NSSA is exhibiting at the event, showcasing its social security and Occupational Safety and Health services. The Authority is engaging stakeholders on social security coverage, compliance, workplace safety and member benefits, while reinforcing its commitment to national development through social protection and safer workplaces.
