Report Fraud

At NSSA, in line with our motto “NSSA by Choice and not by Statute”, we are fully committed to fair dealing, honesty and integrity in the conduct of our business. We do not condone fraud, theft, corruption or any other unethical business practice.

Have you or anyone you know been a victim of the following:

  • Made to pay a fee (monetary or otherwise) to secure employment with NSSA?
  • Made to pay so that your contributions premium payment plan can be accepted?
  • Made to pay so that your debt due to NSSA can be reduced?
  • Threatened for non-compliance with NSSA?
  • Made to pay a fee to secure contracts with NSSA?
  • Made to pay a fee to win procurement tenders?
  • Made to pay so that your proposal (investment or otherwise) is accepted by NSSA?
  • Offered assistance or advice to make false declaration to NSSA?
  • Made to pay so that your file can be processed faster?
  • Made to pay so that you are served earlier than everyone?
  • Asked for sexual favours in return for any employment or contacts with NSSA?
  • Claim forms denied because you declined to pay a bribe?
  • Poor service delivery?

If your answer is yes make a report.

Is your employer or any other employers you know engaging in any of the following?

  • Deducting NSSA contributions and not remitting to NSSA?
  • Making false declarations on NSSA forms?
  • Maintaining multiple payrolls?
  • Offering bribes to NSSA officials?
  • Under declaring wage bills?

If your answer is yes make a report.

Do you know anyone or any company engaged in any of the following?

  • Printing fake payslips or documents for submission to NSSA?
  • Purporting to offer consultancy or agency services for processing of benefits with NSSA?
  • Making false declarations to NSSA?

If your answer is yes make a report.

How to make a Report

To help us deal with fraud and other related unethical practices, we have a platform for the convenience of our stakeholders subscribed to the DELOITTE TIP-OFFS ANONYMOUS service. The Deloitte Tip-offs Anonymous is run as an independent Call Centre which handles any unethical and dishonest behaviours that may be occurring within NSSA in a confidential manner. Your identity and your firm’s identity will be protected. We commit to thoroughly investigate all reported cases and to provide feedback.

If you are aware of any fraud, theft, corruption, abuse and any other unethical and inappropriate behaviour by anyone at NSSA and any of its subsidiaries or any individual or company who is doing anything that is unethical that may impact on NSSA business, please report to Deloitte Tip-offs Anonymous using the methods listed below:
