WORKPLACE ACCIDENT INVESTIGATION
- Employer to send completed Report of Accident Form (FG2)
- Receive completed FG2 form
- Inspector investigates accident
REGISTER BOILER/ELEVATOR/ESCALATOR
- Employer sends completed Registration form (FB3; FE1 or FE7)
- Receive completed form and supporting documents + drawings
- Receive registration fee
- Process registration
- Issue certificate
STATUTORY INSPECTION OF BOILERS/ ELEVATORS/ ESCALATORS
- Send notice to employer for inspection date
- Send invoice for inspection fees
- Employer confirms
- Receive inspection fee
- Carry out the inspection
- If repairs are required; Receive repair procedures and supporting documents
- Approve procedure
- Send approval to employer
