This notice serves to advise ALL NSSA beneficiaries that the life certificate renewal programme for this year will be running from 2 April 2024 – 28 June 2024.

For this exercise, pensioners are required to physically visit any nearest NSSA office with original and photocopies of their national identity card or valid passport. Please note that driver’s licences will not be accepted as proof of identity.

Those who are bedridden and grossly disabled will be visited by NSSA Officers in their respective homes. Kindly submit to the nearest NSSA office contact addresses and mobile numbers for those who are bedridden and grossly disabled.

Those in the diaspora can download Diaspora Life Certificate on the NSSA website and email the completed life certificate to NssaLifeCertificates@nssa.org.zw.

NSSA officers will also visit selected POSB, NBS, and ZimPost during the pensioner paydays. Several local business centres and growth points will be visited by NSSA on dates to be advised.

Failure to renew a life certificate by 28 June 2024 will result in the suspension of benefit pay-out.
